CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Pole Tricks Classes

  • Intro to Pole Series

    If you have never pole danced before, you’ll join our 4 week long INTRO SERIES to kick-start your pole journey! In the 4 weeks we teach you all the basics of pole (spins, tricks, climbs, and sits), so that you are ready to continue with higher levels of pole and our full range of various classes available! Everybody is welcome and encouraged to try pole regardless of fitness level, size, age, or gender identity.

  • Level 1.0

    Now that you’ve completed your Starter Series, you are ready to level up! Our Beginner classes will build on what you learned, teaching more complex spins and tricks, drilling climbs and sits, and introducing inversions for the first time.

    Pre-Req: Intro Series

  • Level 1.5

    This Pre-Intermediate class focuses on mastering the moves required to be able to join Intermediate level classes. You will be mainly working on your technique and strength in core Beginner moves with some introduction of Intermediate tricks depending on skill level. This class is perfect for anyone wishing to improve their execution and level up to Intermediate!

    Pre-Req: Level 1.0

  • Level 2.0

    Intermediate is where you will begin strength inversions (crucifix, chopper, one arm handstands) which are mandatory to move up to Pre-Advanced. You will learn individual tricks and how to transition those moves together to create combos which will build stamina and seamless execution.

    Pre-Req: Level 1.5

  • Level 2.5

    Take the individual moves learned in Level 2.0 to begin transitions and create combos up and down the pole.

    Pre-Req: Level 2.0

  • Level 3.0

    Pre-Advanced will include core Intermediate moves in addition to a broad range of tricks, handstands and unique transitions. Introduction to Advanced moves like handsprings, shouldermounts, deadlifts, and higher level flexibility moves are built in for more proficient students who attend.

    Pre-Req: Intermediate (crucifix, chopper, layback, inside & outside leg hang, butterfly)

Pole Dance Classes

  • Low Flow

    This class is centered around basework; trick and flow that you do at the bottom of the pole! Learn to glide and flow through fundamentals of low flow to help cultivate your personal flow and explore all the new ways you can use the pole close to the floor! Wear your heels or go barefoot!

    Pre-req: Intro Series

  • 24K Erotique

    This is a choreography based class using the pole that will explore different styles of erotic dance; because sexy comes in so many different forms! You will learn specific choreography and build upon what you learn each week. At the end of the month you will have a complete routine ready for any performance!

    Heels are encouraged, but not required

    Pre-Req: Intro Series

  • Heels Choreo

    The art of pole dancing in heels provides new opportunities and challenges to pole dancers. Students will learn a variety of choreography and techniques that build the strength and flexibility needed to move with confidence in heels. This class will primarily focus on low flow, base work and floor work

    Kneepads are required.

    Pre-Req: Intro Series

Non-Pole Classes

  • Chair Dance

    Chair dance choreography full of creative balances, poses & slides. We will be combining simple dance movements with beginner level acrobatic balances.

    Students should wear socks, knee pads & pants.

  • Liquid Motion

    Liquid Motion® is a program that teaches how to achieve a seamless and natural movement quality by applying basic dance theory, sensual movement, self-exploration, and body awareness. Through employing and exploring these floorwork techniques, you will develop more fluidity, creative combinations, and individual style. We suggest dressing in layers (fitted pants, leg warms, long sleeves, knee pads) for a more comfortable movement experience.

  • Flexibility

    Flexibility classes will train proper and safe technique to enhance your flexibility and take it to the next level, using active and static stretches. There will be a focus on maintaining strength and alignment in deep stretches. You will develop body awareness while safely and gradually increasing your body’s range of motion.  Use of blocks, bands, and weights may be included.s here

  • Open Practice

    Open Practice is for individual practice time.  Practice is incredibly helpful when learning new skills as it provides time to focus on specific tricks that need work at your own pace. This is self guided time; an instructor will be there for supervision only.  Please read through the Open Pole Policies on Wellness Living:
